Mathew: TalentCorp believes that collaborations and partnerships with all main stakeholders are key to building a stronger, more resilient community.
According to TalentCorp group CEO Thomas Mathew, the company intends to inspire employers to place talents front and centre of their organisation’s strategy and to invest in their talent needs.
“We believe that in doing so, the company will benefit from improved productivity and performance,” explained Mathew.
“In fact, we welcome all contestants to partner and collaborate with TalentCorp on our initiatives to address labour market gaps and fulfil future talent demands, such as the National Structured Internship Programme, mynext platform, Flexible Work Arrangements, Career Comeback Programme, and Industry-Academia Collaboration,” he said.As the global market is changing, SMEs should prioritise talent management strategies, such as work-life practices (WLP) and flexible work arrangements (FWA) to remain competitive, according to Mathew.
“These are progressive steps that will encourage talent retention, attract new talent and prepare the organisation for the future of work,” he said.
